Distance Selling Provisions

The information contained in the Site does not constitute any offer to supply goods or services to you. If you submit information to us expressing an interest in us supplying goods to you, you will receive an email from us confirming the following:

a description of the goods

the price including all taxes

delivery costs where they apply

arrangements for payment

arrangements and date for delivery of goods

Under the distance selling rules;

You can cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of the goods delivered, but you must;

Notify us that you would like to cancel you order using the email above;

take good care of the goods received by you;

return the goods delivered to us at your cost. Unless otherwise specified those costs will be costs of secure postage of the goods delivered to the address above.

We will then refund any payment made for the goods within 20 days of receipt of notice of cancellation,

Any price we give you will remain valid for 30 days.

No substitute stock will be supplied of your order is out of stock or unavailable, unless you so agree in writing.

These terms of use shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
