Christina Barton, a trained Nutritional Therapist founded her company Chrisbar in 1998. Specialising in nutrition and gentle de-toxing, her philosophy is to inspire dynamic health for your whole life by creating a physical harmony in the body and mind.

Christina Barton said: "My philosophy is to develop physical harmony by creating the right balance between the liver, kidney, gall bladder, pancreas and bowel, so they are all working perfectly together. I am a firm believer in detox but advocate a gentle approach, which does not have the common side effects. I aim to create vitality in people, encouraging positive awareness of our environment, the seasons, nature and the great things in life."

Christina conducts one-to-one consultations advising on all aspects of nutrition working on the individual's diagnostic needs to re-boost the immune system. She aims to remove the toxins induced by every-day life and diet and restore the body to its natural balance and harmony.

Clients will initially be asked to fill out extensive questionnaires and therapy questions in-order to diagnose the problem. Their daily and weekly diet is analysed and the individual's metabolic rate is determined. Their life-style is considered and dependent on the problem the blood and urine maybe analysed.

Christina will then go onto create individual two-week diet plans, which can include a gentle detox programme.
